First program:
Your responsibilities will include:
All passengers are greeted and checked in upon arrival for departure
Support the group throughout the journey while ensuring all passengers are counted during the specified times (bus breaks, city tours, etc.)
Provide useful information related to cities including transportation, attractions, excursions, etc.
Show the professional appearance of Explore Europe to corporate entities such as hotels, bus companies, tour companies and other partners
Handle immediate issues with American passengers in a professional manner
Communication between all parties including bus drivers, hotels and local guides
Send feedback reports on trip and comments in a timely manner
Update the guide for the flight captain
Qualities suitable for the position:

Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently
Experience in group travel to and from major tourist cities in Europe
English language skill
Other European languages would be helpful

The second program:
Your responsibilities will include:
Tour planning assistance – securing group reservations for hotels, restaurants and tourist attractions
Create lists of rooms and itineraries
Account management
Prospecting and identification of new business partners
Settlement of accounts with our suppliers
Prepare and assist with weekly sales, e-commerce, website and social media performance reports
Maintaining a database and a process calendar
Contribute to the redesign of our website
Qualities suitable for the position:
Registered student (preferably in economics, business, commerce and tourism)
Ability to commit to 35 hours per week
A travel experience and a passion for travel
Fluency in English (written and spoken), German, Italian and Spanish (favorable but not required)
Ability to understand and work with other cultures
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Fast learner and proven problem solver
He enjoys working with numbers and Microsoft Excel
Self-driving and flexible
Able to analyze and interrogate processes
Very sociable and energetic

The third program:
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcome passengers upon arrival to departure and introduce yourself
Organizing and conducting professional photo sessions during trips
If prompted: Give our guests tips on how to stand in front of the camera
Demonstrating professionalism and a good representation of Explore Europe
Edit the photos and send them to the passengers within 7-10 days after the flight
Provide us with beautiful photos and videos of destinations for social media channels and website

An experienced photographer
Ability to professionally edit HD photos
Fluent in English
