This program is built to provide a detailed explanation of the project risk management processes. Project risk management is usually neglected, which results in many financial losses, failure to adhere to deadline deliveries by the deadline client, including what may lead to the failure of the project to achieve the goals for which it was created. The processes that will be covered are developing a project risk management plan, identifying risks, conducting qualitative risk analysis, conducting quantitative risk analysis, developing a risk response plan, applying responses to risks, and finally monitoring risks.
