During the three course trip, you will be able to convert your project idea into a business plan and a financial feasibility study. The three courses are an opportunity to learn about the components of a business plan and how to write a business plan. Some financial concepts and how to build a financial model that represents the financial feasibility of your own project are also explained. Through the third course, you will be able to understand the importance of presenting the business plan and the financial feasibility study, dealing with business plan evaluators and presenting the action plan effectively. By the end of these courses, you will have an initial draft of a business plan and a financial feasibility study for your own business. The aim of this major is to transform this draft prepared during the three courses into a final, professionally prepared image to be presented to different assessors. By the end of this specialization, you will have prepared the following: 1- A comprehensive work plan for your project 2- An integrated financial feasibility study for your project using the Excel program. 3- Presenting the business plan and financial feasibility study in a professional manner using the Powerpoint program.
