Students who are currently enrolled in the third year of secondary school can apply for the HSE University Scholarship to study in Russia.
Students who have already completed high school or baccalaureate this year and wish to study a bachelor’s can apply for the HSE University Scholarship to study in Russia.
Students who have already completed high school or baccalaureate and are already studying a bachelor’s and wish to study a bachelor’s degree at HSE University can apply for the HSE University Scholarship.
Students who have completed their undergraduate studies and wish to study their undergraduate studies again can apply for the HSE University Scholarship.
